Job Description:

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals who share our passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others. The insurance sales representative position is for those with at least one year of experience in insurance. We need your expertise to help us maintain this level of success.

Experienced Insurance Sales Representatives may make up to $65,000 per year.

Insurance Sales Representatives new to the insurance industry may make up to $47,000 per year.

This position primarily focuses on Life Insurance and obtaining new household business.

Salary Range: $32000.00 - $40000.00 per year

• Base Salary Based on Experience $32,000-$40,000
• Base Salary Plus Commission (up to addl $25,000 in bonuses and commissions)

• Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking, online promotions, social media, and other lead sources.
• Utilize excellent relationship-building talents.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
• Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

• Property and Casualty License required
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in insurance sales
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Proficient with Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software
• Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
• Persuasive, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
